On March 20th, a sleepy family of five boarded an intercontinental flight to begin our Home Assignment. In the first week, Joseph and Hannah flew down to Phoenix to be the speaker with Borderless: Mission to Mexico. Ree and the youngest two travelled to visit her parents.
Hannah and Joseph were blessed to be in Mexico with over 130 youth and adults, doing Vacation Bible Schools in multiple villages in the Northwest part of the Baja California. If you are interested in learning about Borderless, click here.
Since then, we've reunited and begun our Home Assignment itinerary. In three months, we will be traveling through the Sacramento, Oregon Pacific, Intermountain, Northwest and Washington Pacific districts. (For non-Nazarenes, we will be covering Northern California, Oregon, Idaho, Utah, and Washington. ) Our schedule is filling up, but not full, so please feel free to communicate and invite us to your church, small group or even a meal with your family!
On April 1st, we celebrated Easter at Weaverville Church of the Nazarene, which was a great start for our home assignment!
